“We worked with Talon Construction on a complete historic district home renovation, addition, and garage build in Frederick, MD. A large, complex project that spanned about 2.5 years from concept to finished product. Overall, they did a great job and worked closely with us throughout the entire process to ensure we fell in love with our home.
Each aspect of the build was met with thoughtful intention and planning by the team. It is clear that Talon not only cares for the quality of their work, but also respects the budget and timeline when efficiently choosing subcontractors. Each sub was hardworking and professional.
Steve and the team of carpenters were skilled and detail oriented. Talon was able to seamlessly coordinate all moving parts behind the scenes to ensure the project kept moving forward. As with any project of this size and duration, there were some bumps along the way, but communication stayed open and issues were addressed as they came up.
