We decided that we were going to do a major renovation of my parent’s original stone rancher that was built in 1960. We selected Talon as a result of a strong reference. Talon worked closely with us over the past two years to design, demo and a major rebuild which included two additions and a substantial great room project.

This also included a total infrastructure replacement of electrical, plumbing and heating/cooling. We decided to proceed with a complete geothermal heating/cooling system.

We have worked with Talon to facilitate a plan to renovate our 90’s-built home to update and freshen it up. We aren’t able to do everything that we want to do, but Brady and Brian were able create a 4-step plan to make our little home an updated perfect dream, in phases.

So far, we have tackled phase 1 (more to come for sure ). Brady & Brian came up with the most unique plans to move our laundry upstairs and renovate both upstairs bathrooms – including my idea of a ‘Christmas Closet’. They came up with solutions that fit our budget and appealed to our tastes.

Over the actual renovation, we had to live through the work in our home. A tough ask but Eddie and the team made it work. We moved everything out of the upstairs, and they efficiently went to town. All of the members of the teams, including the subcontractors smacked out their assignments and delivered everything beyond our hopes.

Everyone we dealt with was helpful and professional- and this being my first experience with any type of renovation, they helped us get where we wanted to go.
