We decided that we were going to do a major renovation of my parent’s original stone rancher that was built in 1960.
We selected Talon as a result of a strong reference. Talon worked closely with us over the past two years to design, demo and a major rebuild which included two additions and a substantial great room project. This also included a total infrastructure replacement of electrical, plumbing and heating/cooling. We decided to proceed with a complete geothermal heating/cooling system.
We were incredibly pleased with the professi14-foot-highll aspects of talon’s team and respective subcontractors.
The final outcome of this substantial remodel/rebuild exceeded our initial objectives.
Clearly a Wow factor with the 14 foot high vaulted ceilings which consisted of custom built red oak ceiling beams and paddle fans with a custom build sliding barn door and red oak shiplap wall in entertainment area.
