Talon built a 2-story addition (bathrooms, laundry room, closet, pantry) on to our house and it is FABULOUS! They were friendly, patient, helpful, and attentive to detail every step of the way. Fantastic communication – we felt we could ask them anything about the process. We LOVE our new addition and the process was pretty painless thanks to Talon. Bob was super helpful and even moved mountains to get certain things finished ahead of schedule when I had a baby earlier than expected. Talon was very professional and provided top quality delivery services of a full kitchen renovation for our family. This was inclusive of knocking down a wall and expanding the existing kitchen out, into a larger kitchen. This year we had Talon Construction complete two major renovations in our home. They added a recreation room with custom wet bar, full bathroom, and home office to our unfinished basement and completely renovated our master bathroom. “In 2018, Talon remodeled our kitchen and main floor living space. In 2021, Talon also remodeled our master bathroom, bedroom and one of our home offices. The bathroom was completely gutted to enable a more modern design that better fit our wants and needs. Most notably we removed the jacuzzi tub so we could separate our dual sinks, giving both my wife and I more vanity space and storage. Second, we wanted to convert to a walk-in shower (no doors, curtains, etc.). Master bedroom changes included new flooring, trim, paint and tray ceiling design, and a redesign of one of our wall closets and office entrance to convert to a barn door and hidden pocket door design.
As with our first Talon project, the team was top-notch. We worked with some of the same team members (i.e. Paul and Brian in sales and design, Ed in billing and vendor coordination, Jake with paint, and all the same subcontractors) but also some new members. Eddie as our job superintendent, Steve as our construction and job lead and many more ensured our project ran as smooth as any major remodel can run. In the three years since our last project, there’s no doubt Talon has maintained the same culture with its employees and subcontractors: take pride in your workmanship, deliver the highest quality outcome possible and always make sure the customer is happy. When we had questions or ideas, the team was quick to offer advice about what’s feasible as well as “the art of possible” to include explaining why some of our ideas wouldn’t make sense in the long run. This expert advice was greatly appreciated!
