He was friendly, professional and 100% on top of every single thing going on with the project. He went above and beyond on so many things – from patiently reminding me for the 3rd time about an appointment, to helping me troubleshoot a problem in the downstairs bathroom that wasn’t even part of the job.
Bob is knowledgeable, honest, and organized – I always felt comfortable about things with him in charge.
Every Talon team member that worked on the project was skilled, friendly, and professional. Jake spent the most time here, and I want to give him a special shout-out for being so helpful and friendly. This type of project is obviously disruptive to a certain point, but Jake made it pleasant and smooth and his attention to detail was fantastic.
