Create outdoor living space to match your existing home. This project required building a 16 x 21 screened porch over the existing deck structure to provide our clients with bug-free outdoor living space. The old decking was replaced with Azek slate gray premier decking that is artfully engineered to look like real wood. A cathedral ceiling with a lightly stained knotty pine tongue and groove was installed. Azek low maintenance trim covers all exterior wood surfaces. The maintenance free synthetic railing provides the look and feel of real wood without painting or staining and will not rot, peel, or splinter. The dimmable recessed lighting and multi speeds ceiling fan add comfort at all times of day. Finally high impact bug screening that is both durable and pet resistant makes this porch useful all year around.
