We started with an existing partially finished basement and creatively designed the space that includes all of our Ijamsville homeowners wish list ideas. Their ideas were to have a custom home gym with mirrored walls, an additional full bathroom for after a swim in the pool, a video gaming room, a large walk behind bar, a full size movie room with platform and snack bar, an altered existing bathroom for the theater room, and plenty of finished closets for storage. All of the new rooms and spaces were completed with high end fixtures and finishes. There are also many unique features worked into the project. To include a secret “speakeasy” style hidden Murphy door to the movie room and sump pump area behind the bar. Several TV’s that flawlessly blends in with your room’s décor that look like pictures when not turned on by Gramophone. And for local sports fans in the Washington/Baltimore area, the Ravens, Commanders and Capitals logos and games are proudly displayed. Lets Go Caps!
