Matt supervised the build with exceptional attention to detail, and his team of Dylan and Luis were meticulous in carrying out the daily construction work – including a bump-out at the front of the house. The build required key decisions at various points, and Matt consulted with us each step of the way.

The result – our new sunroom and bathroom turned out to be more beautiful than we had imagined, and because of excellent attention to detail the final cost came in slightly under the original estimate. Eleven months ago, they began demolition on our very small, very dated kitchen and dining room. Jenny designed exactly what I asked for. Done right before Thanksgiving, our holiday was truly a celebration.

“We just completed our third renovation project with Talon Construction (master bath approx.12 years ago, a major kitchen renovation 3 years ago, and currently a hall bath, powder room and additional closet space).
